Randomized, placebo-controlled study

The women in the study recorded their experiences in a nutrition diary. They consumed either Satiereal® or a matching placebo twice a day. Caloric intake was left unrestricted during the study. The Satiereal® group reported significantly lower snacking frequency after just 8 weeks of supplementation. Weight loss was also better than the placebo group.²
