The Shipping and Return Policy below is only a portion of the Terms and Conditions policy. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full context. The information here does not change or alter the Terms and Conditions.
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Our Shipping department closes weekdays at 5:00PM EST and is closed Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Orders placed before 11:00AM EST are processed the same day.
Product size and weight determine the shipping method. Current shipping options include:
- USPS First class (3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority (1-3 business days)
- USPS Priority Express (1-2 Days)
- Orders that qualify for Free Shipping, will take 3-5 business days. Normal shipping charges apply if You choose to select expedited shipping for these items.
- We reserve the right to ship via other delivery providers or services.
You can track Your packages through the confirmation email that is sent to You after the order is shipped. All packages shipped have delivery confirmation numbers. There are some tracking capabilities but the primary purposes for a delivery confirmation is to let Us know the date and time You receive Your package.
All orders will be shipped within one to two business days after the order is placed provided the items are in-stock and not backordered. We will make every attempt to ship complete orders. In the event We do not have all the items ordered in stock and We cannot obtain the missing items in a timely manner, We will ship the items We have and indicate that a portion of Your order was out-of-stock. We ask that You please re-order the out-of-stock items later as many times Our inability to ship certain products is due to manufacturer shortages.
After You place an order with Us, an invoice for Your order will appear on screen and will be emailed to You. You can also use this confirmation email to track Your shipment through the USPS after Your order is shipped. Please print and file the order confirmation and/or save the email for Your records. If the billing address on Your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Any Goods You purchase can only be returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Our Return Policy.
A copy of the receipt is required for any return. You are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns unless We have confirmed otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods that do not meet Our return conditions.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We will provide You with the address to send Your approved return upon request.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Full Refund Eligibility:
Only Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them are eligible for full refund.
If You received the wrong item in Your order or if Your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items. Contact Us right away so We can ship the proper items to You and give You instructions for returning damaged Goods or Goods received in error.
Only unopened Goods returned to the store in-person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of delivery are eligible for a full refund.
We recommend You contact Us prior to returning Goods as refunds are dependent on the circumstances in which the refund is being requested. Eligibility for a refund does not guarantee a refund will be given.
Partial Refund Eligibility:
Any opened Goods returned to the store in-person or via return shipment no later than 30 days from date of receipt of delivery are eligible for a refund up to 70% of the purchase price. We recommend You contact Us prior to returning Goods as refunds depend on the circumstances for which the refund is being requested. Eligibility for a refund does not guarantee a refund will be given.
Items not Eligible for Refund:
- Shipping charges paid by You on expedited orders (orders where shipping was not free) and return of Goods for refund.
- We will not accept responsibility for Goods susceptible to melting, including, but not limited to, Goods containing a chocolate coating. We will not accept these items for return or exchange. Items shipped with ice packs may arrive at room temperature. Ice packs are intended to protect against extreme temperatures only. We recommend that You select expedited shipping for these items.
- Goods not returned within 30 days from date of Your receipt of delivery.
